HLB adsorbent will provide reverse phase purification of acidic, basic and neutral compounds forming complex sample matrix. HLB aims to simplify SPE through easy to follow protocols. It also produces cleaner samples by removing more than 95% of common matrix interferences such as salts, proteins and phospholipids. In addition, viscous samples can be processed through the equipment through faster flow to reduce blockage. When using the pass thru scheme, a 6 cc filter element with 500 mg adsorbent can be used to clean more samples than a filter element with 200 mg adsorbent. Additional volumes of extract can be further concentrated for sample enrichment.
