Introduce

Spin column is designed for rapid preparation of high-purity nucleic acids. Using the advanced technology of silica membrane and rotating column, nucleic acids can be reversibly selected and effectively combined with silica membrane in a certain solution, and then washed to remove impurities. The bound nucleic acid can be eluted in TE or distilled water.
