Introduction
Chemical Storage Vials, known as sample vials that are popular applied to kinds of Pharmaceutical Intermediates, cosmetics, reagents etc. besides, because of its excellent sealing performance, which can be transported and storage for long time. We offer different colors and specifications for caps (white, black etc) and septa (PE, PTFE) for your reference. In the meanwhile, custom design is also available PTFE/Silicone septa are most popular for HPLC applications, and Pre-slit septa are easier to pierce with needles.
1. Vials
8-425 screw thread caps and vials are often used in conjunction with Shimadzu, Agilent,Spectra-Physics, Varian, and other autosamplers. While 9-425 screw thread caps, septa, and vials are designed especially for use with Agilent's and other rotating or auto samplers. Green Mall® vials are made of Clear top grade clear or Amber borosilicate glass with or without writing area for sample identification.
2. Caps and septa
Pre-assembled caps and septa are convenient and minimize contamination from handling. Caps are made of medical grade polypropylene and have international standard screw to make sure that they would match with any brand. Septa are made of high standard PTFE/Silicone materials. Each lot has COA issued by a third party. Accurate size makes sure that it would not fall into the vials when penetrate with needles.
