Syringe Filter PVDF
Instruction
Syringe filters are a cost-effective way to improve the quality of HPLC analysis, improve consistency, extend column life and reduce maintenance. By removing particulates before the sample enters the column, syringe filters allow unimpeded flow. Without particulates to create obstructions, your column will work more efficiently and last longer.
Application
In addition to HPLC, syringe filters have a multitude of other applications. A syringe filter adds a few minutes and a minimal expense to your testing process, but you will see a big return on your investment.
Small volume venting
HPLC sample preparation
Removal of protein precipitates
Routine QC analysis
Dissolution testing
Our Advantage
Housing material is medical grade polypropylene
Precisely designed structure ensures the fluency of the filtration. Reasonable inner space minimize the hold-up volume, so that the waste will be reduced
Edge with screws makes operator to use easily.
Cooperate with one of the biggest membrane suppliers in the world. Pore size is accurate, so that your instrument can be well protected
Stable membrane quality. Few difference between batch and batch assures the analysis result consistently.
Standard female and male lure lock

About the membrane
Hydrophilic PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) membranes are commonly used in a variety of general filtration and sample preparation applications. For sterile and general filtration applications, our unique, modified hydrophilic PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) membrane with ultra low binding properties, broad chemical and temperature resistance, and high flow rates is an excellent choice. We recommend using our hydrophilic PVDF in applications such as multi-plexed bead-based assays, the filtration of dilute protein samples, cold and hot water for injection (WFI), chemicals, aggressive solvents and sanitizing agents.
For the filtration and degassing of the solvent-based mobile phases, our portfolio includes an HPLC-certified material available in 0.2 and 0.45um, which provides assurance that the filter material will not add artifacts or extractables to the samples for analysis. The chemical compatibility of the membrane includes aggressive acids and alcohols making it useful for the filtration of both aggressive and non-aggressive solvent-based mobile phases. We do not recommend using this membrane for the filtration of acetone, DMSO, or based>6N.
